Twartree

Twartree

Twartree is a hexagonal colour piece which can be used as a brooch, a coaster, hair decoration, or joined to make a bigger piece, for example a shoulder wrap.

The Shetland dialect for a few (or one or two) is twartree and I thought it an appropriate name as only twartree colours are needed and once you’ve knitted one you will probably want to knit twartree more.
