Birkheads Secret Gardens

I have been sorting out the many photos I have taken over the last months. Almost every day I seem to read that getting rid of clutter is a good idea; tidying photos is an easy place to begin. My intentions to blog regularly fizzled out, a bit like my attempts to keep a diary in the past. Now I have too many photos for one blog so new blogs should be more regular.

I visited England in March and especially enjoyed visiting Birkheads Secret Gardens in the North East of England. We were warmly welcomed when we arrived and enjoyed delicious food before strolling through the gardens. It was too late in the year to appreciate The Snowdrop Walk but there was plenty of colour to appreciate. The gardens are split into different areas and include topiary, rockery, wellbeing area, pond, meditation area etc. Certainly a place to visit again!
